Sand Games is a tiny indie team based in Asia. The team roster is a short read: Ace Zhu. That’s me. I started making indie games in 2017 and founded Sand Games in 2023, giving a name to this ongoing habit of turning ideas into playable things.
The reason I started is simple: I love games, and I love programming. So I decided to make some games of my own. Need the programmer? That’s me. Want to talk game design? Also me. It’s a small team, but there’s plenty to get absorbed in between the first spark of an idea and the moment it feels good to play.
For now, I’m making casual games and small independent projects: a Sudoku to untangle, a deck of cards to settle into, and whatever idea comes next. I hope you’ll find something here to spend a little time with. If a puzzle finally clicks, a move feels just right, or you leave in a slightly better mood, this little team has had a good day too.
